Press Release: O.G.S. Announces 2011 K-Tuned All Motor Points Series Results presented by Drag Cartel
New York, NY (FPRC) December 19th, 2011
8:00 A.M.
Ortega Global Solutions (OGS) would like to announce the season ending results for the 2011 K-Tuned All Motor Shootout Points Series presented by Drag Cartel which was run during our 2011 season. This is just one of the heads up classes ran during various OGS events at New Jersey’s two premier drag strips. The purpose of the points series is to increase interest in the all motor shootout class while creating a breeding ground for competition amongst fellow racers. The point series for the All Motor Shootout class was contested over 6 events between Old Bridge Township Raceway Park and Atco Raceway. Only the best 4 races counted towards each drivers cumulative points.
Each event provided an assortment of racers who competed race after race and round after round for the guaranteed event payout in addition to bragging rights along with the year end championship purse courtesy of class sponsors K-Tuned & Drag Cartel. We would like to congratulate Loan Nguyen as she piloted the Driveshaft Shop Civic and was able to take home the points series championship. We would also like to congratulate Jake Gavio of RS-Tech Racing who came in a very close 2nd place along with Tim Grey of Tim Grey Racing who followed in third place. The points series championship was highly contested within this class as the 1st and 2nd place winners were only separated by 2 points. We would like to thank all of the racers that participated in this points series chase for 2011. We would also like to thank our sponsors K-Tuned and Drag Cartel as both companies showed support of the points series and the racers who competed. Here are the standings for the 2011 season.
