Capitol is open for test and tune on sundays now and they allow grudge matches and will let people run heads up and post no time. Idk if anyone is interested but i went for test and tune last sunday and its pretty dead this early in the season. Could be good for some legit heads up passes without the issues of cops or idiots doing donuts at the finish line.
If you wanna call someone out for a heads up pass at the track do it here and lets see what we can get going.

Test and tune nights arent just heads up. You can give someone else the brake you just can't set cars out. No red lights and you don't have to leave when the tree goes green on test and tune. Grudge races are heads up races most of the time though.

capitols track prep has been good recently and of the local tracks its the most convienient to go to for the guys from the baltimore area. MIR is 2+ hours away, 75/80 is nothing but rednecks and the track prep os worse than capitol and cecil is short, if your car runs a 13.0 at cecil itll run a 13.4 at mir or capitol.
i was talking to a group of guys there sunday who were all consintently running 3-4 tenths slower at capitol than they had been the day before at cecil and all the other numbers matched up so 60' was the same 1000' was the same but their 1/4 mile times and mph were off from cecil so they had slightly higher trap speeds but lower 1/4 mile times

Not making sense here.
Heads up is no cars; giving the kick at the track is still heads up, kicks take place after green, if you leave before green your gonna red light, Red light means lose. It's pretty simple.

We are actually saying the same thing but i worded it wrong. Red light means a lose but what i was saying is both cars can stage but give "whoever" the break. Light turns green, dude that got the break leaves first.

cecil is not short ans mir and capital are faster tracks u will run faster there quicker than cecil so reverse wat u said u will run slower at cecil that capital or mir

Your post about Cecil was so incredibly stupid, it didn't even merit any more of a response.
Actually, go on yellowbullet.com and post up about how you did research and now know that Cecil is shorter. Actually go on any website where the members have an IQ over 60 and have raced at the tracks in MD and. Post that.

That's petty cool. Never been to capital. Always go to mir and wait hours to run once.
